Adelaide's climate is characterized by a pleasant and mild Mediterranean climate.

Overall, Adelaide's climate offers a pleasant year-round environment, allowing students to enjoy an active and diverse lifestyle without facing extreme weather conditions. Still, like most Australian cities, the best time of year to visit would be during spring (September to November) or autumn (March to May), as the weather is milder and more pleasant, and there are fewer tourists. 

Adelaide is the state capital of South Australia and is located on the south coast of Australia.

While Adelaide may be considered more isolated compared to some of Australia's major cities, it is still accessible and well connected to the rest of the country by air, road and rail networks. In addition, Adelaide International Airport is the third largest airport in Australia and offers flights to destinations around the world.  

Although it is not on the east coast, where many of Australia's largest cities are concentrated, its location on the south coast offers a milder climate and easier access to beautiful beaches and natural parks.

2. Glenelg: A seaside town with a long history. It is a great place to shop, eat, people watch and enjoy the nightlife.  
3. Central Market: An indoor market that houses a variety of food stalls, fresh produce, flowers and handicrafts. It is a great place to experience Australian culture and buy gifts to take home.  
4. Adelaide Botanic Garden: This is one of the largest botanic gardens in Australia. It is a great place to relax, enjoy nature and learn about Australian flora.  
5. Art Gallery of South Australia: This gallery houses a large collection of Australian and international art. It is a great place to learn about art history and see some of the world's most important works of art.  
6. South Australian Museum: This museum houses a large collection of natural history and archaeology. It is a great place to learn about Australia's history and the natural world.  
7. Adelaide Zoo: This is one of the oldest zoos in Australia. It is a great place to learn about animals from around the world and see them in their natural habitat.  
8. Barossa Valley: It is one of the most important wine regions of Australia. It is located about 100 kilometers north of Adelaide. It is a great place to visit wineries, taste wines and enjoy the beauty of the Barossa Valley wine region.  
9. Kangaroo Island: It is an island located about 120 kilometers south of Adelaide. It is a great place to see kangaroos, koalas, dolphins and other wildlife. There is also a wide variety of outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, surfing and fishing.  
10. Flinders Ranges: They are a mountain range located about 300 kilometers north of Adelaide. It is a great place to enjoy the beauty of the Australian Outback, hiking, camping and stargazing.

Adelaide has a well-integrated public transport system that includes buses, trains and streetcars. The system is operated by Adelaide Metro and is one of the easiest and most economical ways to get around the city.  

• Buses are the most popular mode of transport in Adelaide. There is a network of buses covering the entire city, and routes run frequently throughout the day and night. Buses are a good option for travel to nearby destinations, such as the city center, universities and residential areas.  
• Trains are another good option for getting around Adelaide. There are two train lines operating in the city: the Belair Line and the Seaford Line. These lines connect the city center with the southern and northern suburbs of Adelaide.  
• Streetcars are a good option for travel to popular tourist destinations, such as the Central Market and Botanic Park. There are two streetcar lines operating in the city: the Glenelg line and the Rundle Mall line.
